Die toilet is echt niet zo schoon, en het is ook nog eens koud. De douche is een rare plek in de trein, met een disco vibe en een restauratiewagon. Niet echt de beste ervaring.

Had an amazing shopping experience! Everything went smoothly and I was really pleased with the service.

The sleeping bunks were pretty decent, though they felt a tad firm and a bit smaller than what was mentioned online. We had a bit of a holdup with the train, leaving 30 minutes behind schedule and arriving an hour later than planned. We also forgot to reserve sheets, and they couldn’t help us out with extras because they were out of stock. All in all, it was a solid experience, and it's a nice way to travel sustainably.

Good foundation for what you spend! I had higher hopes from this brand, but if you enjoy basics, it works for you. The staff is nice, and the restrooms are tidy.

Had a decent trip from Utrecht to Dresden, but the return journey was a hassle. Nobody at the station had a clue about the train or where it would pull in. The emergency contact number from GreenCity only had details about seat assignments and upgrades. Seriously, what kind of emergency is about that? It was super frustrating, and honestly, that number was pretty much useless. When we booked, the return was set for 8:30 am on a Monday, so we thought we’d be fine for work. But then it got pushed to 12:36 pm, which meant an unexpected day off. And to top it off, it was delayed by another hour.

The breakfast box I received was missing a waffle, and when I brought it up, the staff member just shrugged and said that’s how it goes—you either get a waffle or a cake. But I noticed other boxes in the same area had both! Plus, paying for that cold, sugary stuff isn’t worth it, especially when it’s missing items.

So yeah, I’m really let down.

This journey was truly fantastic! The location was spotless, and there was plenty of room for our bags, plus spots to charge your phone and tablet. Waking up in Berlin? That’s a major bonus!

All in all, it was a pleasant journey. This was my first time on a night train. The place was tidy. I got a decent night's sleep.

I took a journey from Utrecht to Vienna on the Green City Trip train, and it was alright but left me a bit let down. The train moves at a crawl and has lengthy stops for no clear reason. We experienced a two-hour delay because the staff was running late, and it takes a whopping 5 hours to travel from Salzburg to Vienna, while the regular train does it in just 2.5 hours. The train itself is super old, the seats are uncomfortable and cramped, the restrooms could use a good scrub, and they really ought to sell water for folks who forget to bring their own. If you happen to forget your water or didn’t pack enough, you’ll be waiting over 12 hours to get some. So, I’m not sure if I’d hop on this train again anytime soon or suggest it to my pals. Fingers crossed they can sort these issues out soon so I can ride a night train again.

This was really great. We had the chance to chat with some fascinating folks. The cabin manager was super nice. We had a blast during our time.

This place is really nice, but it would be awesome to have some vegan choices for breakfast :)
